This is a very simple way to make professional looking isomalt desserts
Isomalt Transfer Sheets are blank, ready to be printed on with your edible printer. The transfer sheets may go on any type of isomalt, whether it is dark or light isomalt, however images will show better on light isomalt.
Pour melted chocolate on top of your thin transfer sheet and let it sit. Once your chocolate has hardened, simply peel away the sheet and the colored design will have been imprinted onto your pastry.
This pack contains 4 sheets, A4 Size.
For storage conditions, please be sure to store at 59-68 degrees Fahrenheit (15-20 Celsius).
